The Custom tab provides for client unique fields to be added to the quote form. An example SQL script of field types that can be created ships with the application and is located in the C:\Program Files\Jiwa Client\Miscellaneous SQL Scripts\General directory - JiwaDemo_QO_CustomSettings.sql
